Directions
• Apply to heart acupressure point and massage with finger tip.
• Heart 7: located on the inside of the wrist, on the crease in line with the pinkie finger. This point helps to calm the mind and is a good one to stimulate if you suffer from anxiety, insomnia and poor memory.
• Heart 9: located at the bottom of the pinkie nail on the outside of the hand, even rubbing the bottom of the nail bed will help. Good if you suffer from a restless mind and insomnia.
