Botanical ingredients: Lemon Balm, Peppermint, Liquorice Root, Chamomile, Orange Peel, Rose Petals.

The flavour is cool mint with lemon and soft floral notes.

Directions
• 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup for 3-5 minutes at 100ºC, ideally with a lid on to stop the volatile oils from escaping. 2-4 cups.
• 38 serves is an estimate based on 1 heaped teaspoon per cup.

    This beautiful tea is a delight to brew and has fast become part of my evening ritual. It contains three of my favourite soothing ingredients for both mind and gut – lemon balm, chamomile and licorice – and the flavour is just lovely.   • A vibrant, organic evening tea made to savour, gift and reuse.

    Lovely fragrance and beautiful to open and see the blend with all its colour and texture. Due to this, and the vibrant, beautifully designed packaging, it would be a wonderful gift. Enjoyed the flavour of the blend; felt ideal for an evening cuppa! Sustainable packaging that would certainly be recycled, but could also be reused. It appears it may also be compostable. Because the tea and the packaging is lightweight (no glass), it would reduce emissions during transportation. Also, an organic product is always a win!
