Soothe emotional wellness tea

• Naturally Healthful's delicious teas are sourced from all over the world by trusted suppliers. They are blended and packed in Australia. We have chosen loose leaf tea so we can bring you the best quality tea possible while minimising unnecessary packaging and avoiding nasty microplastics often found in teabags. Our packaging can be reused or recycled with your kerbside recycling. The tea itself is compostable.

Directions
• 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup for 3-5 minutes at 100ºC, ideally with a lid on to stop the volatile oils from escaping. 2-4 cups.

• Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Liquorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Orange Peel (Citrus), Rose Petals (Rosa gallica).
