Directions
• 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup for 5-10 minutes at 100ºC, ideally with a lid on to stop the volatile oils from escaping. Drink 30 minutes to 1 hour before sleep. 1-2 cups.
• Add a dash of honey if you'd like a little sweetness.
• 38 serves is an estimate based on 1 heaped teaspoon per cup.
• Tea is compostable.
