We have chosen loose leaf tea so we can bring you the best quality tea possible while minimising unnecessary packaging and avoiding nasty microplastics often found in teabags. Our packaging can be reused or recycled with your kerbside recycling. The tea itself is compostable.

Directions
• 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup for 3-5 minutes at 100ºC, ideally with a lid on to stop the volatile oils from escaping. 2-4 cups.

• Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea), Rosehip (Rosa canina), Olive Leaf (Olea europaea leaf), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Calendula Petals (Calendula officinalis).
