Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, originates from India and is a cornerstone of Ayurvedic medicine. Sacred to the goddess Lakshmi, wife of Vishnu, it is revered for its adaptogenic properties. Aromatic and invigorating, Tulsi nourishes body, mind, and spirit earning it the names ‘The Elixir of Life,’ ‘Liquid Yoga,’ and ‘Queen of the Herbs.’
