Move digestive flow tea

We have chosen loose leaf tea so we can bring you the best quality tea possible while minimising unnecessary packaging and avoiding nasty microplastics often found in teabags. Our packaging can be reused or recycled with your kerbside recycling. The tea itself is compostable.

Directions
• 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup for 2-5 minutes at 95ºC, ideally with a lid on to stop the volatile oils from escaping. 1-2 cups.
• Add a hint of honey or coconut nectar for even more sweetness.

• Flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum), Honeybush (Cyclopia), Roasted Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), True Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Pu-erh Tea (Camellia sinensis), Rose Petals (Rosa gallica), Calendula Petals (Calendula officinalis).
